I would like to see more from this shot.... perhaps, shoot it on a night where the sky is almost completely clear or only has a few streaking clouds in the sky.
As for the white balance... I would imagine had the shot been shot on Tungsten mode, or with Tungsten balanced film everything would look a little bet better. The green would still be very vibrant but the yellow/orange cast across the photo would be minimized and most of the white colors would have shifted to a cool night blue.
If you were able to, you may actually be able to dodge out the blasting highlights in this photo. Take your hand and wave it infront of the camera around the areas where there are very bright lights... this will provide less light hitting the camera and will tone down the large hightlights.
thanks for the comment, the shot is actually auto white balanced ... i don't have touched the balancement because there are 3 types of lights ... neon alogen and at incandescence... so it's really hard for me set the right white balance ... i preferred the original white balance that is not so bad ...
